Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the USA, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Your Social Offers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Your Social Offesr, which are binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on and ends on the time and date listed on the offer at midnight. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Entrants can enter the sweepstakes by selecting add to cart and then redeem in there wallet in the app. Multiple entries are permitted.
Prizes: The winner(s) will receive the prise listed in the offer in the app. No prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed. The prize is non-transferable.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within five days following the winner selection. Your Social Offers is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason.
Rights Granted: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants grant Your Social Offers the right to use and publish their entry, name, likeness, and any other information provided for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Limitation of Liability: Your Social Offers is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any other factors that may affect the sweepstakes.
Terms & Conditions: Your Social Offers reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Your Social Offers's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.
Disputes: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of USA, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes related to the sweepstakes will be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of USA.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated in the app.
